For over forty-five years, Howard Newman – bronze sculptor, silversmith, painter and draftsman – has created fine art. For the past two decades, Howard and Mary Newman have been restoring unusual objects of art made of metal and other materials as Newman’s Ltd. You can see illustrated examples of their many restoration projects here.
The accumulation of Howard’s research in developing novel methods and tools for his work resulted, in 2011, in the creation of Sigma Surfacing, LLC, through which Howard, along with Len Katzman began to develop the experiments into patentable, licensable new products.
